Exhibitor Set-up Times: Monday, August 4 – 10:00 a.m. – Trailer Displays Only
Tuesday, August 5 – 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – All Exhibitors

Show Hours: Wednesday, August 6 through Saturday, August 9 – 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Exhibitors with credentials may enter building one hour before event is open to public.

Teardown: Sunday, August 10, 9:00 a.m. (No teardown on Saturday!)

50% deposit required with application.
No refunds on cancellations within 30 days of the event.

EVENT PRICING:
First 10’ X 10’ - $570.00 Additional 10’ X 10’ - $520.00
Corner add $225.00 - Availability not guaranteed
Electricity 5 amps / 500 watt - $75.00 Additional charge for service over 5 amps.
Vendor must supply own UL approved extension cords.
Special Event Fee (per vendor, not booth) - $40.00
